Cohort-Based Courses

Enrollment for Zebu cohort-based courses is conducted through Maven.Payments, refunds, and refund administration are governed by Maven's applicable refund policies in effect at the time of enrollment.

Important: Refund eligibility and refund processing for cohort-based courses are governed by Maven's policies in effect at the time of enrollment.

As of this writing, eligible Maven courses are generally covered by Maven's Satisfaction Guarantee. Refund eligibility, deadlines, and exceptions are determined by Maven and may change from time to time. View Maven's Current Satisfaction Guarantee.

Transfers and Exceptions

Requests relating to cohort transfers, enrollment changes, or exceptional circumstances should be submitted through the enrollment platform or by contacting us directly. Where permitted, we will work with participants to identify reasonable alternatives, including future cohort participation where appropriate.

Workshops, Coaching, and Consulting

Refund terms for private workshops, coaching engagements, consulting projects, or custom corporate programs will be governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or engagement letter.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method used for enrollment. Processing times are determined by the payment provider and financial institution involved.
